"I ordered this a week ago, mostly because my golden retriever was shedding like crazy. Every time I tried to brush him before, he’d start panting and pulling away. The first time I used this comb, I noticed right away—it didn’t snag. I worked through a thick patch near his back legs that usually takes forever, and it came out so easily. He just stood there the whole time. That alone surprised me."

My Coco always gets little mats behind her ears and under the collar. I used to avoid those spots because she’d whine the second I touched them. With this, I was actually able to get through those areas without her reacting. The built-in cutter helped a lot—it kind of separates the mat instead of pulling it.

Bought the comb to use when I have my son's Golden Retriever. Excellent quality product, which came well-packaged. It really goes through her coat without distressing her. I gave the comb to my son, so I'm purchasing another one for myself and also to use on my cat!

This comb works wonderfully for our Ragdoll cat. With regular daily brushing, matting has become very rare, even during shedding season. It glides through her long fur much more smoothly than our old metal comb, and grooming feels quicker and less stressful overall.

I actually bought this as a small gift, thinking it would just be another grooming tool. But it turned into something we use almost every other day now. My dog used to hate grooming time—he’d hide as soon as I grabbed a brush. Now he just sits there and lets me do it.
